biology 101. i totally failed dat subject
Hey, I have a question. So I wanted to build some muscle, so I did this program: 2 x 6 bench 2 x 8 clean and press 2 x 8 overhead press 2 x 12 squat 2 x 8 pullover 2 x 8 row 2 x 8 deadlift. However, I swim too. The problem with this? I end up eating like there’s no tomorrow and I can’t deadlift (It makes my back sore and I can’t do butterfly.) How should I diet with so much exercising? Also, what can I do about my back? Thanks in advance!
Hey NalewanyjFitness, what is your opinion on Coconut Oil, and its consumption for weight loss? I am getting a-lot of mixed opinions on the MCT’s that coconut has, and the fact that only around 50% of the saturated fat’s are Medium-chain. Coconut oil a go or no-go in your oppinion?

I just realized somethin -.- there have been many people bodybuilding including teens ….and as a teen my self and from what i researched most protein powders and stuffs have hints of anabolics at the ingredient parts …X.X and am ..err does anabolics and steroids damage the growth effect on younger
when building muscle people always seem 2 talk about protein. Everyone says BCAA’s are important but theres never really much talk about it. How can BCAAs help u in muscle growth and how come there isnt much talk about it?

Sean ive been gettin slightly confused lately with the information people have been giving me on working out. They have said that i should stick to a weight for longer than a week so that if i stop training it will take longer for the muscle to “disappear” as it were, now i have both your Ebooks, and im a very loyal follower of your methods, so is there any truth in wot they say or will the body break down the muscle fibres just as quick no matter wot?

What if you want to gain weight because i’m 5 feet 6 inches and 100 pounds without much clothes on i’m very skinny would putting my body in a calorie defeatist be bad? What should i do to gain muscle but, not fat?

If you want big Guns like the great man, you should consider Sean’s weight training program, Truth About Building Muscle.
Keep cardio at least 8- 12 hours from weight training, preferably on a separate day. I say don’t do cardio on empty stomach (first thing in the morning) try and get some protein into you. Keep consuming protein with every meal, this will stop you going into a catabolic state.
Other than that cardio is fine for cutting/general health, but if your bulking, try and limit your cardio.
how are this guys biceps so big man i wish my arms were that big, am just 15, about to be 16 but i want big arms like his, anyone know any good ways on what to do?
just a quick ? if iam weight trianing to buils muscle i heard that cardio can reduce muscle size so should i do cardio on seperate days
