re: p90x Workouts for Performance
www.ericjmoss.com for free info on how to get stronger, leaner, more fit and absolutely ripped and without having to go to the gym. This style of training is insanely effective at creating physical freaks of nature (steroid free I might add). I have done 35 consecutive pullups, 106lb double getups, and 70lb pistol squat and press…not to toot my own horn but can your training program have you do that? music by Chamber http

i know so cuz i did the program and i gained over 30 ils of muscle i went from 130 to 160 in 1 session and my goals are to bulk up while staying lean and P90X is the best out there other than Vince Delmotes program
think so huh? and what exactly are your goals?
I guess then you just dont know how to ask questions because overall it sounds more like a statement rather than an inquiry. Also, i made it clear the basics are working for except one area and all your saying is chest isnt that important? What man doesnt want a descent chest area regardless of the apparatus??

Are you on your period?? Whats with the “care so much” talk?? I asked you a question and mentioned that the basics where having a good affect on everywhere except one lagging area. For you, it may be cliche but since your chest is well developed, i’m sure you dont think twic about it. Instead of assuming what it may or may not mean to me, be supportive. Your a personal trainer arent you???
why do you care so much about your chest? having a strong chest doesn’t have that much carryover to real strength
Eric, what exercises are good for chest as all the basics seem to be really good for hitting everywhere but the chest for me. I have kettlestacks so i dont have the stability of traditional iron kettlebells.
did you ever ask iron tamer about the story?

in the past week, i have become very familiar w/ the basics.
i can already see a good deal of improvement in my technique just from being very “nit-picky” about my form.
build a good solid foundation w/ ETK and you’ll have one hell of a fortress in no time
someone pointed out I don’t assign training sessions outside of the basics. my vids all contain the same exercises. Thats because those are the best ones and your body adapts to exercises the last. Thats why ETK > p90x for performance
if by “variety” they mean treadmills, stability ball crunches, and pink dumbbell curls, then yes you do lack variety…thank God.
