300 Spartan Warrior Workout To Gain Muscle & Blast Away Fat (No Weights Or Equipment Required)
Directions: Complete all reps of one exercise, then move immediately to the next. May take breaks when needed, but the goal is to finish the entire 300 reps in shortest amount of time possible. “The 300 workout gets its name from the total number of repetitions that must be completed during the session. it looks ok and the idea of progression with decreasing the overall time to complete is good though i think there should be a back exercise to make it more balanced. Most people have rounded shoulders and tighter pec minors from office work and only doing push related exercise.

try and land quietly when you jump?? It helps to be as quiet as you can.
Would it be possible to do the squats with weights and not jump (also no jumping for the Burpees)? (Live in an apartment and downstairs neighbors complain)

sick workout! im gonna start doin this one to see the results
been working out for about three weeks now and just did this workout and completed it in 12 min 51 sec! Man I got a lot of work to do, lol the burpees is what killed me
