Yes, BSN CellMass or MRI Anabolic Shock or MRI HI-DEF2 are very good post workout creatine products.

2.I prefer the 5lb but if you have stacks get the 10lbs

I just sold a whole lot of BSN Syntha-6 – good product, but CytoSport Muscle Milk followed by Optimum 100% Gold whey protein out sells the Syntha-6 here in Oz.

man everyone told me the shit was good, i bought cookies n cream and it smells crap, more like chemicals then anything else.
The optimum nutrition is made to dissolve easily in water. If you want a few more cals and a smoother taste, mix half milk, half water.
i tried it for the first time today…dissolves fairly easy..i had cookies n creme…IT TASTES GREAT…u could use it as a dessert lol.
I highly recommend Optimum Nutrition products. The 100% Whey Protein powder really does dissolve very easily and it comes in 16 different flavors.
I have tried many different protein shakes and the two that taste the best are Muscle Milk protein and Optimum Nutrition protein.
Watch out for the Muscle Milk, it has allot of fat and extra carbohydrates. if you are trying to build lean muscle go, with Optimum Nutrition. Optimum Nutrition Protein is fairly priced as opposed to other manufacturers.
