Craig Ballantyne is a well-known strength and conditioning specialist whose material has appeared in such top fitness magazines as Men’s Health, Men’s Fitness, Oxygen as well as many others. Craig’s experience goes back to the mid-nineties, in both the gym and in the research lab. He’s actually led research trials on sport supplements, strength training, and cardiovascular training.
On a personal note, I found Craig great to deal with. I lost my copy of Turbulence Training when my pc crashed, I emailed him and within a few hours he sent me a copy plus a few bonuses which was great.
