Gain Muscle and Lose Fat with TT 2K9 Fusion Workout B

2

CLICK HERE for a FREE WORKOUT!! www.turbulencetraining.com This is workout B from the TT 2K9 Fusion fat loss program and is also the updated version of the popular 2006 Fusion fat loss program. To get started, the first exercise in the first superset will require that you know how to do it with proper form. If not, then you can simply substitute it with an alternative. With that being said, the first exercise is a Hang Clean or a Barbell Shrug paired with the Dumbbell Chest Presses. For the Hang Clean, grab the barbell and let it hang in front of you while in an upright position with knees slightly bent. Dip down, and then drive up with the barbell so that it is now at shoulder height. You will either know how to do this exercise or you won’t. Whatever you do, please do not use this video as a tool to learn the proper form. Instead, ask a qualified trainer for instruction before attempting the Hang Clean. If you need to substitute the Hang Cleans then you can do Barbell Shrugs. So, with the barbell hanging in front, lean forward slightly and then shrug your shoulders straight up. Make sure not to roll your shoulders during this exercise. After you’ve completed either of those exercises, grab a pair of dumbbells and with your back flat on the bench, press the dumbbells up and in, and then down and out. Tuck your elbows in slightly during this exercise. For the second superset of the Fusion fat loss workout, you will pair dumbbell Romanian Deadlifts with Spiderman Push ups

UPPER BODY SUPERSET

11

CLICK HERE for a FREE WORKOUT!! www.turbulencetraining.com Today you’ll discover a powerful upper body superset that will let you work your chest, back and arms, all within just 10 minutes and using only two exercises. The first exercise is the Chin-up. So, with a shoulder-width a part, underhand grip, and in the dead hang position, pull your chest up to the bar, squeezing your shoulder blades together at the top. Try to use your biceps as much as you can in this exercise. Then slowly lower your body back down and repeat for 8-12 reps. If you can do more than that, then add a little weight around your waist, using a weight belt. Next, you’ll go immediately into a dumbbell Chest Press. While doing this exercise you want to use your triceps as much as possible. So, bring your elbows in a little bit, and in addition to pressing through the chest, try to press through the triceps. By making these minor adjustments to emphasize the use of your bi’s and tri’s, you’ll really work these muscles a lot harder than you normally would. So once you’ve completed all the reps for the chin-up exercise, pick a weight that you can do 8-12 times and immediately go into the chest press. With your back on the bench, press the dumbbells up and in, and then down and out. Once you’ve done all the reps, rest about a minute and then go right back into the superset, completing three supersets altogether.Visit Turbulence Training to get your FREE sample fat burning workout. Standing Cable Trap 3

13

Every athlete/client we train at the GTS Performance Facility fails in the lower trap (referred to as trap 3) on our upper body structural balance assessment. (assessment learned by Coach Charles Poliquin) This is a great exercise to strengthen the lower-mid and lower trap, which helps strengthen retraction, depression, and adduction of the scapula. Strengthening these muscles will help increase the strength in your bench press.
