Sign up for my free tools and newsletter at www.FatlossLifestyle.com The ” Standing Biceps Concentration Curl” Exercise is a great exercise. It is an awesome functional, athletic movement for you athletes. The fact that you can not go fast with this movement allows more focus, squeeze, and isolation on the biceps. Don’t forget to push your upper arm & elbow down through the floor (aim for your big toe) while you squeeze water out of a sponge. Remember, you will work the target muscle better by looking at it and going slow (a 3-1-3 tempo). I started doing these types of movements back in 1983. Basic, compound, power-movements for football. We were taught the big 3, squats, dead lift’s, and hang-clean’s. The “The Standing Biceps Concentration Curl” Exercise is a vital part of shocking your arms into new growth. This movement really allowed me to take my arms to 20 inches “drug free for life”. At the age of 43 years old, I am in the best shape of my life. And You can do it to. All the time it takes is 4-5 hours per week, with a well thought out plan You can work-out till your blue in the face but if you do not incorporate Interval Cardio (done first thing in the morning in a fasted state), intense functional multi-joint, compound exercises, small healthy meals often with protein and carbs combined together, positive mindset, goal setting & social support (you will …
CLICK HERE for a FREE WORKOUT!! www.turbulencetraining.com In this fat loss workout we are going to focus on a bodyweight circuit. So, you will do this circuit for 20 minutes with NO rest whatsoever. The first exercise to start is Jumps. You’ll want to get a nice and wide, strong stance, then bend your knees slightly, and do jumps for 30 seconds. Once you’re done that exercise, immediately go into Prisoner Squats. Placeyour hands behind your head and bring your elbows back. Next, push your hips back and squat down while keeping your back flat and chest up. Repeat this motion for 30 seconds. Next up is Close-Grip Push ups. So it’s like a regular push up, however, now your hands will be shoulder-width apart and as you perform the push up be sure to tuck your elbows into your sides. Then immediately afterward, you will move into some type of rowing exercise. That can be either Bodyweight Rows are Dumbbell Rows. For bodyweight rows, place the bar at hip height and take an overhand grip. Next, row your chest up to the bar, making sure to squeeze your shoulder blades together at the top position. Do this for 30 seconds. To finish off the bodyweight circuit, you will do X-Body Mountain Climbers. Starting out in a regular push up position, bring your knee up to your opposite elbow and then back out, while alternating sides. Once again, this will be for 30 seconds in total. Now that you’ve made your way through the circuit, go right back at it, with no rest and do this workout for …
CLICK HERE for a FREE WORKOUT!! www.turbulencetraining.com The musclce groups that are often overlooked when building a beach body are the deltoids, the lats, and the upper back. A lot of people just focus on the chest, bi’s and tri’s, but if you really want to stand out on the beach with a nice V physique, then you need to train your shoulders and your upper back. Here is a short 10-minute workout that you can do when you’re pressed for time or add it to your regular workout to help you build muscle in the right spots. The first exercise is a dumbbell Shoulder Press, choosing a weight that you can do 8-12 times. From there you will immediately go into a dumbbell Row, again, choosing a weight you can do 8-12 times. From here, you will rest one minute, and then repeat two more times for a total of three supersets. Okay, so with the shoulder press, stand with a slightly wider than shoulder width stance. Next, press the dumbbells up and in overhead, and then slowly lower down and out. Repeat 8-12 times. Immediately from here, kneel down on the bench, with your hand flat on the bench as well, with a slight bend in the elbow. Next, with your other hand at arm’s length, row the DB up to your abdomen, keeping your elbow tight to your body and your back flat. Doall reps for one side and then switch sides. /> CLICK HERE for a FREE WORKOUT!! www.turbulencetraining.com Today I want to talk to you about muscle groups that are often overlooked when building a beach body. They are the deltoids, lats and upper back. Now, most people think that the chest, biceps and triceps are the only areas to train. If you really want to stand out at the beach with a nice V taper in your physique, you really need to train your shoulders and your upper back so you look great and have great posture when you are on the beach. I’m going to show you a superset that will take you about 5 10 minutes to do when you are pressed for time or you can add it to your regular workout to help you build more muscle in the right spots. The first exercise is a dumbbell shoulder press. Choose a weight where you can do 8-12 repetitions. Stand with feet shoulder width apart and start your shoulder press. Keep it controlled and be sure not to bang the weights together at the top. Press up overhead and slowly lower back down. Move immediately into dumbbell rows. Choose a weight where you can do 8-12 repetitions on each side. Kneel on the bench, keeping your back leg slightly bent and put that lead hand flat on the bench with a slight bend in the elbow. Hold the weight down at arms length and row up. Keep your elbow tight to your body and your back flat and row it back down, keeping it controlled. Repeat 8-12 repetitions on the other side. Rest 1 minute and repeat this superset 2 more times for a total of 3 times.Visit …
CLICK HERE for a FREE WORKOUT!! www.turbulencetraining.com Today I want to show you 5 unique push ups that will not only allow you to incorporate bodyweight training into your workouts, but will also give you the flexibility to do them at home, while traveling, or at the gym. The great thing about these exercises is they not only train your chest and your abs, but they also work to improve shoulder mobility. So, if you happen to sit at a desk all day, chances are you are immobile in the shoulder region. Therefore, by doing these push ups you will create extra movement in the shoulder blade area, as well as relief from neck and rotator cuff pain. So the 5 push up exercises Im going to show you are spiderman, grasshopper, push up plus, T push up, and the elevated push up. 1) For the spiderman push up you will want to be in the regular push up position. As you go down, bring your knee up to your elbow, and returning you knee back to its original position on your way back up. Alternate sides. 2) When doing the grasshopper, as you go down, your leg will come across your body, and return to its original position as you push up. Alternate sides. 3) For the push up plus, place your hands in a more narrow grip than you would with a regular push up. Go down as normal, and then when you push up, once at the top give a little extra push and feel the stretch in your shoulder blades. So the blades will come together on the way down and then apart at the top, helping to improve your …
CLICK HERE for a FREE WORKOUT!! www.turbulencetraining.com This is the third system of 6-minute abs, and in it you will do two sets of supersets, two times each. To start out, you’ll do a side plank for 20 seconds on each side. For proper form, position your body in a straight line with your hips forward. When switching sides be sure to try and limit the rest period as much as possible. Immediately after the plank exercise go directly into stability ball rollout for five repetitions. So, with your knees on a mat, and your hands out in front on the ball, roll the ball out, stretching your abs, and then contract your abs to bring the ball back in. For this exercise you want to ensure your back is straight at all times. Now you will rest for 30 seconds and then go back and repeat the superset one more time. Once you’ve finished the first superset you’ll start the next set with the bird dog exercise. So, kneeling with your hands on the ground, you will raise the opposite arm and leg, holding the top position for 3 seconds. Then slowly bring back in and switch sides. Do this for six repetition per side. The second exercise of this last superset is the X-body mountain climber. From the push up position, you will then bring your knee across your body to your opposite elbow, back out and then switch sides. Once again, when you have completed all the reps for the mountain climber, take a 30 second rest and then do the superset one last time.Visit Turbulence Training to get your …<div
