CLICK HERE for a FREE Workout www.turbulencetraining.com This 3-exercise bodyweight circuit will serve as a warm-up to the main workout. So, starting out you will do the Touchdown Forward Lunge. For this, you will raise your arms straight up overhead as though signalling a touchdown. Next, lunge forward, getting a good stretch as you come down and then use your lead foot to drive back up. Alternate sides. By placing your hands overhead it will help open up your chest while also bringing your shoulder blades together. Next up in this bodyweight warm-up is the Close-Grip Pushup exercise. With hands shoulder-width apart and tuckingyour elbows into your sides perform a pushup. If you can’t do regular close-grip pushups, then you can just do them from the kneeling position. The last exercise to do is the Waiter’s Bow. You’ll find that this exercise really stretches your hamstrings and gets you ready for the Romanian Deadlift exercise. If you’re not comfortable with the RDL exercise, then this at least gives you a chance to practice the movement. So, for this exercise, bend your knees slightly, grab the skin fold of your low back and place your other arm across your chest. From here, you will bend forward as though you are bowing to the table. So, push your hips back and keep your back flat. You will find that the skin fold tries to get away from you and that will be as far as you go before squeezing your glutes to return to the start position. That’s it for all the exercises …

Superset #1 Were going to start with Deadlifts paired with a 1-arm standing shoulder press. For the Deadlifts, position yourself in front of the bar with your feet just about hip width apart. Put your hands on the bar with an overhand grip. Sit back while keeping your chest and head up and the bar is right up against your shins. Stand upright, nice and strong and slowly lower back down for a 1-second pause. Each time you go down, you will rest for 1 full second. Do 8 reps. For the Shoulder Press, hold the dumbbell at your shoulder with your palm facing toward your head. Drive up and back down for 8 reps on each side. Rest 1 minute and repeat this superset 2 more times. Superset #2 This is the kettlebell 555, which means there are 555 repetitions in this circuit to finish out workout C. Start with 100 kettlebell swings. Go as hard as you can, but you can use a lighter kettlebell for this if you need to. Stand with feet slightly wider than hip width apart. Drive back through your legs and hips and back up. Try not to use the grip too much. Just use your hands as hooks on the kettlebell. You should be getting all of your power through your hips. To start, you’ll begin with a series of lateral lunges and a diagonal chop and combine it with a unique pressing exercise. For the lunges, bring the medicine ball up over your left shoulder, take a lateral lunge out, and chop down with the ball to your opposite foot, making sure to get nice and low. Doall repetitions for one side and then switch to the other side. Immediately following all your repetitions for the diagonal lunges, get into the bottom squat position, and with the ball in one hand, press it up overhead. This exercise is similar to the stick-up exercise in that your arm isn’t going to have as much mobility as you want. Perform all repetitions for one side and then arms. Once you’ve finished all the repetitions, take one minute to rest and then repeat the superset two more times. Next, you will perform the one-legged squat. Place the medicine ball out in front of you, bringing one foot out as well. Now, squat down on one leg and then back up. Do all repetitions for one leg and then switch legs. Immediately following the one-legged squat, you will then move into the elevated push up exercise. So, get into a push up position, but now, place one hand on the ball, and then perform a regular push up. Once you have done all repetitions for one arm, switch the ball …
