Go slightly below parallel, slightly tap Your buns on the box and explode back up blowing air out. Perform 3-5 sets per week on your leg training day in the 6-12 rep range. Fat Loss Workouts with TT Depletion Workout Warmup

8

CLICK HERE for a FREE WORKOUT!! www.turbulencetraining.com In the TT Depletion workouts you are only going to train twice a week on this program but in those two workouts you are going to give it your all because it’s only a 20 minute workout. I designed these workouts because so many people were saying they still didn’t have the time to do the regular TT workouts. Instead, they only had 20 minutes, twice a week. So, for these workouts this is going to be the format; a five exercise circuit, where you do each exercise for 30 seconds with no rest between exercises for 20 minutes. If you have a GymBoss timer then just set it for 30 seconds and let it go There is to be absolutely, positively NO rest at all for 20 minutes. Your workouts will start out with a squat or a jump, then into a pushing exercise, then into another squat, followed by an upper body pulling exercise or a total body ab exercise, and then a single leg exercise to finish it off. Again, you’ll just rotate through the exercise for 20 minutes. Before each workout, you’ll start out with a very small warm-up to get started, beginning with an Overhead Squat. Grab a broomstick and raise your arms so that your hands are back behind your head. Now, contract the muscles between your shoulder blades, push you hips back and squat down and come back up. Once you’ve done that, you’ll go down to the ground and do either regular push ups or kneeling push ups. Go through that pair, rest, then go through it again and move on

Bodyweight Workouts with TT Europe Workout A

www.turbulencetraining.comVisit Turbulence Training to get your FREE sample fat burning workout. Here in Paris, we are filming workout A of the TT Europe Vacation program and we are going to start the first superset with a pairing of a hard single leg exercise the Bulgarian split squat with a hard pushup exercise the decline pushup. For the Bulgarian split squat, do all repetitions for one leg, and then switch over to the other leg, repeating for up to 20 repetitions per side. If you are using dumbbells, then just do 8 repetitions and increase the weight. For beginners, you can start with a regular split squat. Immediately moving into the decline pushups, place your feet on a bench and your hands on the ground and perform 20-25 repetitions. For beginners, start with kneeling pushups or regular pushups. After all the repetitions are completed for the pushups, then rest 1 minute and repeat the superset 2 more times for a total of 3 supersets. In superset #2 from workout A, you can either do step ups or box jumps, paired with spiderman pushups or whichever pushup you can do with a close-grip. The box steps are new to the program, so if you are a beginner, then just start out with the step ups. A box jump simply means you are jumping up onto a level, and it’s actually easier on your legs because you aren’t going to be coming all the way down so there isn’t as much force when you land. For the spiderman pushups, start in a pushup position, go down and bring your knee up to
