Make sure to properly warm up and stretch your glutes, hams, inner thighs, and quads after a 10 minute power-walk on a treadmill. Go slightly below parallel, slightly tap Your buns on the box and explode back up blowing air out. Perform 3-5 sets per week on your leg training day in the 6-12 rep range. Don’t forget the 3 taps on the last couple reps. It is a phenomenal little trick that will blast your leg growth into the next stratosphere. Also make sure to focus on recovery by cooling down and stretching after you are done. We are all very busy. CLICK HERE FOR A FREE WORKOUT! www.turbulencetraining.comVisit Turbulence Training to get your FREE sample fat burning workout. Click here to get started www.TurbulenceTraining.com This is Workout B from TT Hardcore 2K10. You’ll be doing 6 repetitions of 6 exercises in this workout. Start with a barbell complex, but start with an empty barbell for the first time you go through this. You can even use a broomstick for this. If you are training at home, you can even use dumbbells. Start with Romanian Dead Lifts. Press your hips back as far as you can, keep a flat back and then drive back up to feel that stretch in your hamstrings. Next up is a hang clean (6 reps), so you will do a little dip, drive up and catch the bar underneath. You want to get that extension, especially when you have some weight on it. Move right into front squats. Keep your elbows up, push your hips back as you lower and drive back up for 6 reps. Next is a military press. You will be limited in this entire complex by the weight you can military press or push press, but I want you to choose a weight you can press overhead 15 times. Press up and with your last one, bring the bar behind your head to move directly into a back squat. For back squats, press your hips down and back and drive back up. Finish with a forward lunge. Step forward, lunge and drive up, alternating sides. You will find that your upper back and legs will be a little fatigued with this complex. Do these 6 exercises with 6 repetitions for

Evolution of Pullups

24

CLICK HERE for a FREE WORKOUT!! www.turbulencetraining.com Today I’m going to show you the evolution of pull-ups, going from a beginner style to the hardest kind you can do. If you are new to pull-ups and cant do any actual pull-ups, you want to start with an inverted row. You will be underneath a bar and rowing your chest up to the bar. It’s a great way to start. You can do a beginner version of inverted rows by bending your knees. Hold onto the bar with an overhand grip. Keep your hips up and pull your chest up to the bar. Squeeze your shoulder blades at the top. This will help strengthen the muscles between your shoulder blades, the back of your shoulders and your lats. Once you are a little stronger, you can straighten your legs out, switch to an underhand grip. This will work your biceps more. For underhand inverted rows, you will have more of a narrow grip and pull your chest to the bar. Next well switch back to an overhand grip and back to a wider grip. This is back to working the muscles at the back of the shoulder blades and between the shoulder blades. You can put your feet up on a stability ball to give you more of a challenge. Those are all inverted row variations to get you started. Next are assisted pull-ups and chin-ups. You need to take the bar of your squat rack and set it up about head height. You will be doing the pull-up and chin-up movement, but you will still be standing on the floor. This is for beginners as well. Simply work as much as possible
