I did not see and copy this exercise, though I’m sure others have done this before as well. This is an exercise I discovered that is more difficult than a regular pull up that is worth a try. Now, place the rope at the highest setting, take a few steps back from the machine, take a proud posture and add a slight bend in your knees and then grip the rope with your hands straight out and in front of your face. Next, you want to pull the rope towards your face, keeping your elbows out and squeezing your shoulder blades together. If you work out at the gym, this is a great exercise to add into your program.
