The “Face Down and Side Plank” Core Exercise is a great exercise. It is an awesome functional, athletic movement for you athletes. It will not only give you the ripped Abs you have been looking for, but it will make you spine more pain free. The main reason to workout abs is because strong abs will stabilize your lower back and prevent you from an injury; but as a side benefit a 6-pack looks great! Through my passion for training myself & my experiences of training over 17000 sessions with busy people just like you, I have learned a lot about becoming lean …<div

It is a slightly safer version of what most would agree is the best leg exercise, the free weight squat. Make sure to properly warm up and stretch your glutes, hams, inner thighs, and quads after a 10 minute power-walk on a treadmill. Go slightly below parallel, slightly tap Your buns on the box and explode back up blowing air out. Perform 3-5 sets per week on your leg training day in the 6-12 rep range. Don’t forget the 3 taps on the last couple reps. It is a phenomenal little trick that will blast your leg growth into the next stratosphere. Also make sure to focus on recovery by cooling down and stretching after you are done. We are all very busy. It is an awesome functional, athletic movement for you athletes. The fact that you can not go fast with this movement allows more focus, squeeze, and isolation on the biceps. Don’t forget to push your upper arm & elbow down through the floor (aim for your big toe) while you squeeze water out of a sponge. Remember, you will work the target muscle better by looking at it and going slow (a 3-1-3 tempo). I started doing these types of movements back in 1983. Basic, compound, power-movements for football. We were taught the big 3, squats, dead lift’s, and hang-clean’s. The “The Standing Biceps Concentration Curl” Exercise is a vital part of shocking your arms into new growth. This movement really allowed me to take my arms to 20 inches “drug free for life”. At the age of 43 years old, I am in the best shape of my life. And You can do it to. All the time it takes is 4-5 hours per week, with a well thought out plan You can work-out till your blue in the face but if you do not incorporate Interval Cardio (done first thing in the morning in a fasted state), intense functional multi-joint, compound exercises, small healthy meals often with protein and carbs combined together, positive mindset, goal setting & social support (you will …
CLICK HERE for a FREE WORKOUT!! www.turbulencetraining.com I was once stuck in a tiny hotel room in Sydney, Australia, but still able to do a great total body bodyweight workout. And Im going to share that fat burning workout with you today so that you can workout anytime, anywhere. There are a number of reasons travellers have for skipping workouts, including not enough time, the gym isn’t open 24 hours, or maybe your hotel doesn’t even have a gym. If any of these reasons hold true, then you can easily and quickly get your exercise in with this bodyweight hotel room. I always like to start my bodyweight workouts with a squatting exercise. Now the choice is yours if you’d like to do a prisoner squat or a Y-squat. However, choose one where your arms are up in the air so as to get your back involved in the exercise as well. While performing the squat, be sure to keep your elbows back and squeeze your shoulder blades together. As you are squatting simulate the sitting-in-a-chair motion. If regular squats are too difficult, then you can always use the bed to squat down onto. Perform 10 repetitions for this exercise. Another great exercise to warm-up the body is the push-up and so you can do these for 10 repetitions. If you’re a beginner, then you can use the bed and do incline push ups. By leaning against the bed, you are taking some of the weight off, thus, making the push-up easier to perform. Unfortunately, there isn’t anything in the hotel room where you can do inverted …
CLICK HERE for a FREE WORKOUT!! www.turbulencetraining.com This is the August 2008 Hot Zone Workout. The 4 hot zones of the body are the pressing muscles and the chest, the torso area, the back of the legs and the upper back area. If you train and exercise for one of those areas, everything else will get trained and boost your metabolism. Those are the 4 hot zone areas were going to be going after in each workout (A, B & C) and even the warmup workout. This is the bodyweight warmup for the Hot Zone Workout. We’re going to start with 4 exercises and make sure we hit the chest, abdominals, the back of the legs and the upper back. Start with a Y-Squat. Put your hands up in the Y position and keep your shoulder blades back. This will work the upper back and the back of the legs. Next is elevated pushups which will work the upper chest and abdominals. Place one hand on a dumbbell or something about 4-6 inches off the floor. Doall reps on one side and then switch to the other side. 1-Leg Romanian Deadlifts are next. This is one of my favourite exercises to really get my hamstrings warmed up for squats. Stand on one leg, keeping a slight bend to it. Push the other leg straight back and feel a nice strong stretch in your hamstring and come back up. You will also use your glute when you come back up. You can use the wall for balance if you need to. Do 8-10 reps on each side. Your next warmup exercise is a Stick-Up. Keep your heels about 6-inches from the wall and press your back …
CLICK HERE for a FREE WORKOUT www.turbulencetraining.com With Reconstruction workout C, you’ll actually be doing a 10-exercise bodyweight circuit Challenge where you go through the circuit as many times as you can in 20 minutes. The Challenge has two levels; one for beginner and one for advanced. If you are a beginner, then you will perform 10 repetitions for each exercise, whereas an advanced individual will perform double that at 20 repetitions per exercise. So, you’ll start out by placing your hands up behind you head and complete a series of Prisoner squats. Get your elbows back, squeeze your shoulder blades together, feet slightly wider than hip width apart, and then push your hips out as you squat down and then back up. Repeat. After the Prisoner squats you’ll go down to the ground for Close-Grip push-ups. So, for this exercise place your hands shoulder width apart and elbows tucked into the side. Next up are Stability Ball Leg Curls. Be sure to bridge those hips up and then curl in and out. Once you are finished doing that exercise, keep the stability ball with you as you are now going to do 1-Legged Jackknives. If you are doing 10 repetitions, that means 10 in total, so 5 for one leg and then 5 with the other. If you are a beginner or you can’t do the 1-Legged Jackknives, then just do regular stability ball jackknives. Also, these can be done with either your hands on the bench or on the floor. Now you’ll stand back up and do Diagonal Lunges. Proper form for this …
CLICK HERE for a FREE WORKOUT!! www.TurbulenceTraining.com Were going to start out with 1 superset and then move into a kettlebell circuit. Superset #1 Were going to start with Deadlifts paired with a 1-arm standing shoulder press. For the Deadlifts, position yourself in front of the bar with your feet just about hip width apart. Put your hands on the bar with an overhand grip. Sit back while keeping your chest and head up and the bar is right up against your shins. Stand upright, nice and strong and slowly lower back down for a 1-second pause. Each time you go down, you will rest for 1 full second. Do 8 reps. For the Shoulder Press, hold the dumbbell at your shoulder with your palm facing toward your head. Drive up and back down for 8 reps on each side. Rest 1 minute and repeat this superset 2 more times. Superset #2 This is the kettlebell 555, which means there are 555 repetitions in this circuit to finish out workout C. Start with 100 kettlebell swings. Go as hard as you can, but you can use a lighter kettlebell for this if you need to. Stand with feet slightly wider than hip width apart. Drive back through your legs and hips and back up. Try not to use the grip too much. Just use your hands as hooks on the kettlebell. You should be getting all of your power through your hips. Do these for 100 reps, breaking them down however you need to do them (50 x 2, 20 x 5). Next, you will do 100 Prisoner Squats and 50 Stability Ball Jackknifes. /> CLICK HERE for a FREE WORKOUT!! www.turbulencetraining.com We’re going to do a lot of different things in this workout starting with the first exercise. This isn’t your classic superset format. You will be doing dumbbell forward lunges, performing all reps on one side before switching to the other for all reps on that side. You will do these for 8 reps on each side. Take a minute rest and repeat this set 2 more times for a total of 3 sets. Next, you will move into a barbell squats and back extensions. Barbell back squats are next. Your legs will be a little tired from the last set, so you won’t use your maximum weight for these. With the bar positioned at chest height, step underneath it with a relatively close grip (unless you have shoulder mobility problems). Take the bar off the rack and step back with a medium stance with feet slightly wider than your shoulders. Keep your chest up, head forward and up and drop your hips down and back, then drive back up. For Back Extensions, lie down on the ball with your feet in a shoulder width stance for good support. Positionyour hands behind your head and keep your chest up as you raise your body up. You can also use a back extension chair if you have access to one. Rest for 1 minute and repeat that set 2 more times for a total of 3 supersets. Next, you will move into a kettlebell 500 circuit as the interval portion of this program. You will only do 3 exercises, but you will perform 500 total repetitions. First, start with …<div
