Upper Body 10×10 Workout

CLICK HERE for a FREE Workout www.turbulencetraining.com This workout is known as the 10×10 Complex workout, but basically it’s 10 exercises for 10 repetitions. I recommend that you do this exercise without rest, even though it’ll be a lot of work on your forearms. Because of this, you will only use about 30% of what you normally press for eight times in the DB chest press exercise. And only 50% of what you normally do for overhead press. The key is to start conservatively, women you can use five to ten pounds, whereas men, start with 15-25 pounds. If, however, you need a rest, then take a rest but try to improve each time outwhether that be higher waits or less rest. The first exercise is the dumbbell Bulgarian Split Squat. To start, place your back foot up on the bench, drop your hips straight down, and drive up using your lead leg. Do all reps for one side and then switch sides. Move right into dumbbell Shoulder press. Here, your grip will get a bit of a rest. Be sure to keep your elbows back as you press straight up overhead and come down in a controlled fashion. Next, you do the dumbbell Step-up. So, place one foot up on the bench and use that foot to drive up and come down controlled and repeat. Make sure to leave that lead foot up on the bench at all times. Do all reps for one side and then switch sides. You will then go down to do dumbbell Chest Press. Again, your forearms will get a bit of a rest, but you’ll also be starting to get the cardiovascular benefits of

Advanced 15 Minute Express Workout A

CLICK HERE FOR A FREE WORKOUT! www.turbulencetraining.com This is the TT 15 Minute Express Workout. These are 15 minutes circuits (A, B & C). In each circuit, you will do 30 seconds of each exercise. If you are doing an exercise like dumbbell rows, you would perform 30 seconds on each side. The first circuit will take you about 4-1 minutes to go through all 6 exercises. Then I want you to do that as many as you can in 15 minutes. If you are new to this workout, just go through the circuit 1 or 2 times for the first week. After that, you can go really hard. The first exercise is a dumbbell squat. You will need dumbbells and a bench for this first workout. Hold the dumbells in each hand and squat for 30 seconds. You will work your upper back by holding the weights. Next will be 30 seconds of decline pushups. Put your feet on the bench and lower down for a 2 second count and power back up. Move immediately into dumbbell rows. You will probably use the same weights as you did for the squats. Put one knee and hand on then bench, keeping your back flat, back knee is slightly bent and row up for 30 seconds. Switch sides and do rows for another 30 seconds. Next up are Bulgarian split squats for 30 seconds, but you’ll do these at 1-1/2 reps. Lower down and only come half way up, lower back down and then drive all the way up. Switch legs and do 30 seconds on that side as well. You won’t have much time in between exercises, so move immediately into stability ball rollouts for 30

A lot of people just focus on the chest, bi’s and tri’s, but if you really want to stand out on the beach with a nice V physique, then you need to train your shoulders and your upper back. Here is a short 10-minute workout that you can do when you’re pressed for time or add it to your regular workout to help you build muscle in the right spots. The first exercise is a dumbbell Shoulder Press, choosing a weight that you can do 8-12 times. From there you will immediately go into a dumbbell Row, again, choosing a weight you can do 8-12 times. From here, you will rest one minute, and then repeat two more times for a total of three supersets. Okay, so with the shoulder press, stand with a slightly wider than shoulder width stance. Next, press the dumbbells up and in overhead, and then slowly lower down and out. Repeat 8-12 times. Immediately from here, kneel down on the bench, with your hand flat on the bench as well, with a slight bend in the elbow. Next, with your other hand at arm’s length, row the DB up to your abdomen, keeping your elbow tight to your body and your back flat. Doall reps for one side and then switch sides. 6 MINUTE ABS SUPERSETS

CLICK HERE for a FREE WORKOUT!! www.turbulencetraining.com This is the third system of 6-minute abs, and in it you will do two sets of supersets, two times each. To start out, you’ll do a side plank for 20 seconds on each side. For proper form, position your body in a straight line with your hips forward. When switching sides be sure to try and limit the rest period as much as possible. Immediately after the plank exercise go directly into stability ball rollout for five repetitions. So, with your knees on a mat, and your hands out in front on the ball, roll the ball out, stretching your abs, and then contract your abs to bring the ball back in. For this exercise you want to ensure your back is straight at all times. Now you will rest for 30 seconds and then go back and repeat the superset one more time. Once you’ve finished the first superset you’ll start the next set with the bird dog exercise. So, kneeling with your hands on the ground, you will raise the opposite arm and leg, holding the top position for 3 seconds. Then slowly bring back in and switch sides. Do this for six repetition per side. The second exercise of this last superset is the X-body mountain climber. From the push up position, you will then bring your knee across your body to your opposite elbow, back out and then switch sides. Once again, when you have completed all the reps for the mountain climber, take a 30 second rest and then do the superset one last time.Visit Turbulence Training to get your

HOT ZONE WORKOUT

CLICK HERE for a FREE WORKOUT www.turbulencetraining.com This is workout B from the Turbulence Training Hot Zone program. It starts out with a really powerful superset for your upper body and upper back. In the first set you’ll double up by doing an incline press to flat press for eight repetitions each. And although you’ll be tired after doing the incline, because you will follow with the flat press, you should still be able to do the same amount of weight. You’ll then go immediately to the underhand inverted row to form a triset to start out this workout. So, with the bench at a 45 degree angle, bring the dumbbells down and out and then up and in. After this, immediately flatten the bench and repeat another 8 reps for the chest press. From here, go right into the inverted row. Place the bar at hip height and take an underhand grip on the bar. Next, row your chest up to the bar, making sure to squeeze your shoulder blades together at the top position. After you’ve completed all sets for the first group of exercises you’ll then challenge your legs and abdominals with dumbbell Step-ups and stability Ball Rollouts. For the step-ups, place the dumbbells at your sides and put one foot up on the bench. Next, use your hamstrings and glutes of the lead leg to pull yourself up and then slowly lower yourself back down. It’s important to keep that lead leg up on the bench the entire time. Doall reps for one side and then switch sides. Go right into the rollout exercise and start by
